“Bullriders of America (BOA) is an organization that hosts bull riding events in the Midwest. The BOA's top 25 cowboys from each season compete for cash and prizes at the BOA Finals. The 2023 BOA Finals took place at the Bridge View Center in Ottumwa, Iowa on February 3 and 4. The event featured cowboys from several states, including Arkansas, Georgia, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin.”
